Banana Guava Smoothie Bowl

Smoothie bowl is something I can only have in the summer months. It is a perfect chilled breakfast/bowl to tame the heat. The one regret I have is not making this any sooner and waiting until the end of summer to make this. The combination of bananas and guava juice screams tropical goodness. It is easy to make and requires very little ingredients.

If you have not jump on the guava train yet, then you are missing out on one of the greatest fruits ever. I am still in awe as to how delightful this smoothie bowl was. All it takes is a frozen banana, frozen guava juice and some milk. A little honey also helps sweeten it a bit.
